Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery within Spain and the EU typically takes 5-9 business days; UK, US and Canada 5-9 business days; the rest of the world 10-20 business days. Full details are on our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. EU customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our full Refund Policy for exceptions and how refunds are processed.

How do I start a return?
Email support@callistenhale.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order — we can usually accommodate changes before an order ships, but can't guarantee it once processing has started.

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
Email us within a few days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
